Raised just across the river from uptown Manhattan in a mixed family as the last of eight children, were I developed a multi-cultural taste for life. Diversity has always marked my family, education and interests, and music is no different. My first two favorite albums (that's right, original 12" vinyl) were "Rappers Delight" by the Sugar Hill Gang, and "Kiss Alive II." Quite a contrast.
After being introduced to the Lord Jesus in 1990, my heart was captured with the purity and power of sincere worship, and thus began my journey into music. That journey began with one goal in mind: to draw near to God and offer Him worship. Today, that journey continues.
Passionate for God and for His people, I understand that music not only is a significant part of the human experience, but plays a key role in how God is speaking to his people in this generation. Won't you join me in seeing the good new of the love of God transform lives, cities and the nations?
My wife, Myssi and I were married in March 1998 and we have 4 amazing, beautiful children: Jaden, Mya, Levi and Destiny.
